The non-dose sparkling Vouvray from Pinon is a hit every vintage. Non-dosé means no added sugar (similar to Brut Nature) for this Champagne-style sparkling wine made of 100% Chenin Blanc. It's perfectly balanced, bright and fresh. Delicate aromas of toasted brioche, lemon zest, salt & mineral. Light yet layered on the palate with ripe lemon, ruby red grapefruit peel, and a dash of chalk dust. [AA, 08/2022]
