The perfect thirst-quencher that has touches of lime, sweet corn, and a touch of coconut cream, a combination worthy of summertime for sure. Snappy and bright, it's got the right amount of crackling natural wine energy but retains a personality and character that goes beyond the rising sea of low sulfur skin contact wines that can blur together.
