Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc cofermented whole bunch for 12 days on the skins. Ends up like a rosé or light red with orange peel, cinnamon, and Old Fashioned notes (the flavors, not the classic cocktail's alcoholic heat). It's textural and grippy but detailed and fun. Jonathan Kemp
