Cédric's top cider is made with roughly three-quarters highly acidic and astringent apples. He crushes these, allowing them to macerate with the pomace overnight to quell the overt harshness. The other quarter of the cuvée is made up of fruity, sweeter apples to balance the intensity of the others. Powerful and wildly tannic with chewy, sinewy structure.

Order before noon and get it the same day. Our daily delivery window is 3-6pm.
Brooklyn delivery is $19, or free for orders over $250.
Manhattan and Queens delivery is $25, or free for orders over $320.
For our local customers (within 0.5 miles of our shop) orders over $95 qualify for free delivery.
An adult over the age of 21 must be present to receive and sign for all deliveries (front desk attendants and doormen qualify but may be asked for ID).
For wine delivery outside of New York we ship via common carrier.
We currently do not ship wine to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IA, KS, KY, NC, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you.
By law, we are not permitted to ship spirits outside of New York State.
