From the importer: Las Canciones No. 1 'Mirador' Manzanilla is a single barrel bottling, Bota #18, of manzanilla selected with the help of Willy Perez and Ramiro Ibañez of M. Ant. De La Riva. A saca of 500 bottles from almacenista, Bodegas del Río, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, led by 3rd generation capatáz, Luís del Río.

"Las Canciones” is to be a series of barrel-selected sherries named after songs. “Mirador” Manzanilla is named after Nick’s song of the same title, released in December 2020, inspired by Mirador de San Nicolás in Granada, Spain, a church and lookout or watchtower overlooking the city and the Alhambra.

It is a young, lively manzanilla with an average of 3yrs in solera with intense notes of citrus, sea shells, and salt. Literally a stone’s throw from the sandy, brackish delta of the Guadalquivir River...a short drive north past the very end of the Bajo de Guía, it truly captures the terroir of Barrio Bajo in Sanlúcar. The barrel was selected from a row of barrels along the warmer wall of the bodega, and a warmer side of the room, leading to a fresher, more playful expression.

Pickup Hours and Delivery Information

We are open for in-store shopping 12pm-8pm Tuesday-Sunday and 2pm-8pm Monday. Orders placed online are ready to be picked up within the hour.

Neighborhood delivery:

If you are requesting free local delivery, we are asking for a $75 minimum. Deliveries are made within our local neighborhood free of charge, defined by Eastern Parkway, Lafayette Ave, 5th Ave, and Franklin Ave.

Please order by 5:30pm to guarantee same-day delivery. A gratuity in the form of cash is encouraged for all local deliveries.

Greater Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan:

We offer same-day delivery anywhere in NYC for $15. Orders must be placed by 1pm to ensure same-day delivery, otherwise they will go out the following day. As with local deliveries, a gratuity in the form of cash is encouraged

Outside of NYC: 

For delivery outside of New York we ship via common carrier. We currently do not ship to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IA, KS, KY, NC, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship spirits anywhere outside of New York State. 

Concierge Shipping

All orders greater than $400 are entitled to complimentary NYC delivery or common carrier Ground Shipping. Just select the Concierge Shipping option at checkout.

Terms & Conditions

You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive products from Vanderbilt Wine Merchants. If you request shipping you authorize Vanderbilt Wine Merchants to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. All shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Therefore, either you or an authorized adult must be present at the time of delivery with proof of identification. 
If you wish to ship to a location outside of New York State, you assume all responsibility for shipment. We will notify you before processing your order if we are unable to ship wine to the state you request. For the protection of your wines, we will not ship during warmer months without your express request. All orders are packed immediately upon purchase but we may wait for optimal conditions to send. Since we cannot control the temperature of any common carrier, we do our best to send shipments out at the beginning of each week. We will always confirm any delays in shipment, and the choice is ultimately up to you.
Some of our wine is sold "Pre-Arrival." All "Pre-Arrival" items will be indicated as such on our website and include the estimated date of arrival. We will contact you once the wine has arrived and confirm any shipment or delivery requests prior to sending.
