Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier.
Each variety is vinified separately in oak barrels on the lees for about a year and go through malolactic fermentation. The base wine is pulled from a solera reserve which is then replenished with the wine from the new vintage. The amount of time sur lattes varies and is cited on the wine's back label.
While usually released as a Brut Nature, the wine can also come as Extra Brut depending on the bottling.
Order before noon and get it the same day. Our daily delivery window is 3-6pm.
Brooklyn delivery is $19, or free for orders over $250.
Manhattan and Queens delivery is $25, or free for orders over $320.
For our local customers (within 0.5 miles of our shop) orders over $95 qualify for free delivery.
An adult over the age of 21 must be present to receive and sign for all deliveries (front desk attendants and doormen qualify but may be asked for ID).
For wine delivery outside of New York we ship via common carrier.
We currently do not ship wine to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IA, KS, KY, NC, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you.
By law, we are not permitted to ship spirits outside of New York State.
