Treat yo self. Named after Joni Mitchell’s song Carey, Mermaid Cafe evokes the joy of coming back to the world after some hard knocks. The last 2 vintages have been brutal as a farmer and winemaker- so when I find a moment (or wine or song) that transports me away from that- it's like magic. This is the kind of wine that makes me stop and remember the gift that being alive can be.
