Negoce Syrah from the Roussillon, fermented and aged in Alsace. 3 weeks maceration, aged in fiberglass tank. Crunchy and lifted, it feels like a classic expression of Syrah with just a little extra energy. Tapenade, bacon fat, and cranberry notes. Zero sulfur but not funky, just super tasty.
