Declassified Carema due to a small percentage of a grape called Ner d'Ala that only grows in Canavese. It has a 100-year history but now only 10 hectares are left. This wine is 95% Nebbiolo, but there's a unique profile here. Brambly mountain cherry with softer tannins a clarity that expresses deep, savory complexity. Jonathan Kemp
