The Johannishohe St Laurent 2019 is a cool climate single vineyard bottling of Ziniel’s older St Laurent vines. The grapes are grown organically with the addition of Biodynamic practices.
On the nose I found aromas of dark fruits, herbs, and spice. On the palate I found black and purple fruits, great acidity, ripe tannins, spicy complexity, juicy yet elegant, with just enough structure to flex with just about any food. Jeremy Hernandez
