2/3 estate Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, drawn entirely from the mid-slope Ambonnay single-vineyard ‘Les Crayères,’ planted via massale selection in both 1965 and 1974 with a surface area of 1.87 ha. The soils are clay and limestone on a base of pure, rocky Campanien chalk at just 35cm under the surface of the soil, hence the name of the vineyard. Brut Nature, and aged in oak as are all wines at the Marguet domaine. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with 11ppm additional sulfur.
Order before noon and get it the same day. Our daily delivery window is 3-6pm.
Brooklyn delivery is $19, or free for orders over $250.
Manhattan and Queens delivery is $25, or free for orders over $320.
For our local customers (within 0.5 miles of our shop) orders over $95 qualify for free delivery.
An adult over the age of 21 must be present to receive and sign for all deliveries (front desk attendants and doormen qualify but may be asked for ID).
For wine delivery outside of New York we ship via common carrier.
We currently do not ship wine to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IA, KS, KY, NC, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you.
By law, we are not permitted to ship spirits outside of New York State.
