From two parcels planted on clay, sandstone, and chalk, one planted in 1944, the other in 1996. 30 day maceration followed by 22 months in large Slavonian oak. No filtration and low sulfur. Focused, concentrated black cherry, black tea, and a detailed, chalky finish. This is the most approachable Barbaresco in our collection now, but it will easily age for a decade or two. Jonathan Kemp
Order before noon and get it the same day. Our daily delivery window is 3-6pm.
Brooklyn delivery is $19, or free for orders over $250.
Manhattan and Queens delivery is $25, or free for orders over $320.
For our local customers (within 0.5 miles of our shop) orders over $95 qualify for free delivery.
An adult over the age of 21 must be present to receive and sign for all deliveries (front desk attendants and doormen qualify but may be asked for ID).
For wine delivery outside of New York we ship via common carrier.
We currently do not ship wine to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IA, KS, KY, NC, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you.
By law, we are not permitted to ship spirits outside of New York State.
