Sulfur! It's the most common additive to wine and has been used since the Romans starting shipping wine around their empire. Why do some people risk offending people with funky wines by not using this effective preservative? We discuss this and more in a lineup featuring wines with zero added sulfur, aka 'zero/zero' wines (zero synthetic chemicals in the vineyard, zero additives in the cellar). Don't worry, we picked wines that aren't too freaky, but this is about learning what wine is like when it's truly just fermented grape juice. Things can get weird but they can also get delicious.
