Maybe my favorite wine of the 2021 Erde lineup, though (I think) it was the one that Kirk felt the most nervous about. There is such great tension in this wine, with the zappy acid of Albariño and the texture from the Grüner skins. There is just a little bit of spritz which I find gives it even more life and character. Refreshing in both a stylistic and gastronomic way. Jonathan Kemp
