Basically Blanche Armagnac, this is from one of our favorite Armagnac producers and is not as fire-y as the name might suggest. It's surprisingly balanced and shows the provenance of healthy Baco and Folle Blanche grapes and excellent distilling. Makes for an excellent digestif. It's still 101 proof, so be careful, but any true spirits geek out there will be thrilled to have this in their bar. [Jonathan Kemp]
