No fining, no filtration, 15 ml\/g of sulfites added just before bottling. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSmells like spring time in a glass. On the palate the floral notes are dominant, but well balanced with the power of Riesling that we blended before bottling. A very friendly and aromatic wine.
