Benjamin Bridge Piquette [250ml can]

Piquette from Nova Scotia. Made from Sauvignon Blanc, NY Muscat, Chardonnay Musque, Ortega and Geisenheim grape skins. Lightly hopped with a touch of sea salt from the Bay of Fundy. Zero sulfur added, the secondary fermentation happens in the can like a Pet-Nat. The Bay of Fundy has a tidal shift of 40-80ft, one of the most extreme in the world, and it helps mitigate the cold Canadian weather enough to allow vines to grow successfully.
Tastes like a grisette style beer but without all those pesky grains. Super refreshing and sessionable at 7% abv. Jonathan Kemp
