Like Grand Cru Chablis mixed with Txakoli, which I would be very skeptical of but this really delivers on that promise. Dusty, salty, lemon curd, layers of chalky complexity and totally ripping acidity. Fermented and aged in a mix of new and used French oak, from 30-50 year old vines on the sunny side of the mountain, where less spraying is required. Jonathan Kemp
