A 50/50 mix of Black Twig and Winesap apples from Breeze Hill Farm, near Southold. Dusty, chalky, and crystalline. Direct, clear, and invigorating, but very balanced overall. A quite vinous cider with taut acidity and fine-boned, sublime elegance. Jonathan Kemp

For wine delivery outside of New York we ship via common carrier.
