Sparkling fruit wine. Heirloom apples & pears cofermented with grape skins. Fermentation in old barrel. Méthode ancestrale. The best of both cider and Pet-Nat, there's just enough of a vinous quality to make this read almost like a crushable rose. Fresh, floral aromas. Fruity with balanced acidity. Notes of rosewater, peach, blood orange, creamsicle, and a little salinity. Named after Kirk's favorite Kate Bush song, he says it is a reference "to the insane rainstorm that happened while I picked the apples that went into this sparkling fruit wine." Jonathan Kemp
