Listan Negro, Vijariego, Malvasia Negra, Baboso, Negramoll, + + + Untrained vines ranging in age from 100-300 years old. This single parcel has distinctive red basalt among the sandy volcanic soil that is iron-rich and gives the wine a unique character not found in other wines from the Taganan area. Fermented 100% whole cluster in open top French oak barrels, followed by about a year of aging in neutral French oak.
