Soft, ethereal cherry and wild raspberry balanced with earthy umami. There's an intriguing hint of savory, Jura funk here that adds complexity without being distracting. The finish has a pleasing spice and texture, but overall it remains finessed and light. The perfect thing to cut through cured meat or some stir-fried vegetables.
